19/20 - 26/27 NOVEMBER 2005

The Dilettantish Association of chess “l’AVAMPOSTO”, with the sponsorship of the communal administration of Porto Sant' Elpidio and with the approval of the regional committee Marche FSI and of the national FSI, index and organizes the 8° WEEK-END OF CHESS, CITY of  PORTO SANT' ELPIDIO. The tournament will have  place in the premises of Baruchello Villa, situated in Belvedere  street (Porto Sant' Elpidio North), in the following 19,20,26,27 days of November 2005 and with hour following:

The ceremony will have place in the playing hall to hours 20:00 approximately. The tournament is direct  from the Fide Arbitrator, Marco Maurizio; is request the agonistic card for year 2005. Two different tournaments of game will have place, that one of type A (homologation Fide and Fsi) reserved for players with ELO >1799, that one of type B (only homologation Fsi) reserved for players with ELO < 1800, not classified and the members to the social categories. The promotions will come alone reaching the inferior limits expected from the R. T. F.  means the variations Elo. 

The following reimbursements expenses are previewed  (not cumulative and not divisible):

The contribution to organizational expenses is of € 50,00 for the adults and of € 35,00 for under 16 and women. For those who they will enroll within the hours 14:00 of Saturday 12 November will have applied one reduction of € 15,00. OFFERING SPECIAL: Reduction in price registration of € 5,00 to person with a minimum of 5 contemporary registrations (behind presentation of the federal card for the year in course) to the pertaining to the same club. The registrations will have to reach with banking transaction (Carifermo, ABI 06150, CAB 69671, c/c 20598), intestate to: Dilettantish Association of Chess "l’Avamposto", via XX september, 12- 63018 - Porto Sant' Elpidio (AP) - VAT: 01620230449. Free registration for GM, MI and the players with elo FIDE of 2400 at 01/07/05.

Closing registrations:   they will be accepted until hours 14:00 of the 19/11/05 near the playing hall.

NB. The allocation of the prizes of category, will have only if at least 4 players will be present.

  Telephone deliveries:  

The time control is of 1 hour for 20 moves and 1 hour for to finish  the game (quick play finish). The tournament will valid for the variations of score ELO and for the promotions like from regulations FSI.  For what is NOT CONTEMPLATED in this regulation-notice, are valid  the norms of the FIDE international regulations and the FSI technical regulations, in force during the tournament.  The organization RESERVES itself the right to introduce changes that could be useful for the success of the manifestation or in case of uncontrollable events.

NB. IN THE PLAYING HALL SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED AND MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITCHED OFF. 

WITH THE REGISTRATION, THE PLAYER ACCEPT WHAT IS CONTENTS IN THIS REGULATIONS AND AUTHORIZES THE PUBLICATION OF PHOTOS ON WEB SITE OF ORGANIZER ASSOCIATION AND THE TREATMENT AND THE DISSIMATION OF INFORMATION  OF CONNECTED TO THE TOURNAMENT, PRIVATE DATA AND GAMES AND RESULTS, TO THE SENSES OF LAW 675/96.
